Vallena, Soave, 2021

Dry and light-bodied on the palate, with energetic acidity and a long, mouthwatering finish. Orchard fruits once again steal the show, with more peach and apple, along with pear and nectarine. There's a faint hint of butterscotch, but the finish is dry and zesty with a flinty minerality.
