Considered one of the very best Premier Cru of Chablis. The vineyard is on the right bank of the Serein, just next to the grand cru hill. The vineyards face southwest and the soil is very similar to that of the grand cru sites. There is a sandy topsoil with a Kimmeridgian limestone subsoil.
