Arinzano Grand Vino Red Spain 2010
-
Product Description
Winemaker Notes: The aim is to create wines that express the singular character of the Arinzano estate vineyards. We use the most advanced and careful techniques to guarantee an artisanal treatment through the whole winemaking process, and we pursue a viticulture that not only respects, but actually favors the natural environment. As a result, Arinzano is one of the few estates in all of Spain to be recognized with Pago status, and the first Pago in the North of Spain.
Decanter 90 points - DECANTER WORLD WINE AWARDS 2018 (SILVER): Cumin spice nose. The palate has abundant tannin and lovely bitter chocolate and black fruit tones. Not terribly complex but enjoyable. (May 2018)
Wine Spectator 90 points - This savory red offers sanguine, graphite and earthy flavors, shadowing a core of cherry and tobacco. Firm tannins and balsamic acidity give this a firm, lean texture, but the finish blooms with floral and spice notes. Decant. Drink now. 2,500 cases made. -TM (Dec 31 2017)
James Suckling 91 points - Quite bright red berries and cherry fruits. Smooth tannins. Elegant and nicely contained. Ready now. (Jul 2017) -
