    Winemaker Notes
    The Pinot Noir wine was fermented and then aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 35% of which were new, which lent beautiful spice notes to the finished wine.
    An exuberantly aromatic offering of red fruits, sweet vanilla and cigar tobacco, reflective of its cool-climate, high-elevation origins. Oak aging imparted subtle notes of anise,coriander and cinnamon spice, layered beautifully against a palate of strawberry and cherry.
