The Castle Hill Series Batch 2 is the second release of our limited edition series that celebrates the art of blending vintage casks. The series is named for the historic Texas Military Institute, also known as “The Castle,” which overlooks the Capitol Building in Austin.
Nose: Vanilla, almond, chocolate, oak and tobacco
Taste: A drier and more authoritative expression of Bourbon, with a backbone of spice and tannins
Finish: Warm and rich
