Quattro Vicariati (which approximately translates to the "Four Parishes") is a limited production, high-quality Bordeaux blend (65% Cabernet Sauvignon; 30% Merlot,; 5% Cabernet Franc) arising from a tiny handful of vineyards in the Quattro Vicariati district of the Vallagarina Valley in north Italy's Trentino region.
