Quite a deep golden colour with a light amber tinge. This is a fine and distinguished wine, enhanced by the complexity of its aromas: white fruit, pineapple with the added spice of vanilla and white pepper. Impressive power on the palate with incredibly dense fruit flavours, suggesting mirabelle plum jam. It is perfumed and fat, and perfectly balanced, thanks to a good acidity which cuts through the concentration.
