Because of Barossa Valley Estate's strong relationship with its growers, it is able to take first pick of the best grapes - fruit sourced from low yield areas. From old, twisted vines that produce a meager yield, comes one of the Barossa's and Australia's most awarded wines, E&E Shiraz Black Pepper. Voted Number 7 wine in the world in the Wine Spectator's Top 100 of 2000 and more recently the top scoring Australian red wine in Wine Spectator (95 points, Sept 30, 2002), Barossa Valley Estate's E&E epitomizes the pinnacle of Australian Shiraz.
