Each portion was individually fermented, matured and then blended by Peter Fraser at Normans Clarendon Winery. A mix of lmost 50/50 American/French Oak was used of which 15% was new.
The resultant wine is a fresh, medium-full bodied style with a supple-sweet blackberry/fruit core and spice tones. The oak is well integrated and finishes the wine of with soft, fine tannins
A very easy drinking option.
International Wine Cellar 88 Points Ruby-red. Fresh nose combines spicy dark berries and smoke. Juicy fresh flavors of strawberry and raspberry; offers noteworthy intensity for an Australian shiraz under $20. Finishes with easygoing tannins.
