Nothing is better than grilled seafood – ceviche, shrimp and grilled fish all from Florida’s waters and sustainably caught. Balancing the tang of the sea and smokiness of the grill is something that SideBern’s does extraordinarily well.
This BBQ will feature Sierra Nevada brews from California. Sierra Nevada opened its doors in 1980, with what would soon become a landmark in American Craft brewing: Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Even today, founder Ken Grossman is still involved in most aspects of the brewery and Sierra Nevada uses premium ingredients and time-honored brewing techniques which make their ales and lagers truly exceptional.
