Penfolds
Color: Pale Straw.
Nose: The nose shows aromas of fruit, leaning towards the citrus spectrum, complimented by a nougat and almost ethereal, marzipan character.
Palate: An elegant wine with a strong core of primary fruit running across the palate. Intense grapefruit and granny smith apple flavours are supported by a backbone of mineral acid, leading to a full mid-palate induced by aging in old French oak barriques.
Wine Advocate
The 2006 Chardonnay “Bin 311” was raised in older oak and went through malolactic fermentation. It exhibits an enticing aromatic array of mineral, green apple, and white peach. This is followed by a crisp, Chablis-like Chardonnay emphasizing pure, vibrant fruit. It is supple-textured and has a long, refreshing finish. Drink it over the next 3-4 years.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.

I still believe it is the simplest way to rate a wine, with its origins from grade school in the United States. A wine that I rate 90 points or more is outstanding (A), and worth buying. If I rate a wine 95 points or more (A+), it is a must buy.
