Ordering Winefest Tickets
In an effort to make the purchase of your WineFest tickets easier and more streamlined, please take a look at these helpful tips:
Tickets go on sale at 10:00 am Saturday, February 5. Please allow a couple of minutes leeway for them to appear as available for purchase.
To eliminate any issues regarding mobile devices, please purchase tickets at a standard computer. Unfortunately, Bern’s Steak House and Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits are not mobile supported.
Please visit BernsFineWines.com well in advance, and re-familiarize yourself with the order process. Make sure your login and password work and are up to date. Know how to find the ticket you want and the steps it takes to get to the submit order button.If you’ve logged in early and you do not see the WineFest tickets as available at 10:00AM, please make sure you refresh your browser and clear your Internet browser cache until they become available.
Bern’s Steak House does not operate like Ticketmaster. Once you add an item to your cart, it is NOT reserved until after the order is submitted. At that point, the tickets will be made unavailable to others.
Please adhere to the posted ticket limits. You may purchase a maximum of 4 tickets to the SideBern's Gala, VIP Grand Tasting and Bern's Winemaker Dinner. You can purchase up to 6 tickets for the Saturday Soiree and up to 10 tickets to the Grand Tasting.
Certain events sell out very quickly. If you have a specific event ticket you desire, and you know it usually sells quickly, at 10 am, please add that item to your cart, change the quantity, and check out. That is the best chance to ensure you get those high demand event tickets. Then return to the site at your leisure and view the other events and purchase them.
Forms of Online Payment: Visa, Master Card, Discover.
Order Validation – Our 3rd party credit card authorizer has very specific criteria on how it validates who is making an online purchase. This is done for the safety and security of you, our customer. As you place an order, make sure of the following two things:The credit card is valid and issued by a domestic entity (A US Credit Card, we are unable to accept foreign credit cards); your (billing) address matches exactly with what the credit card’s issuing entity has on file – down to street abbreviations & numbers. Look at your Credit Card statement, the address to which it was sent is the address you must place in the order fields. Otherwise, the transaction will be declined.
Bern’s Steak House and Bern’s Fine Wines & Spirits are not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. You may opt to have them sent by FedEx to ensure delivery and be able to track your order.Orders using FEDEX as a shipment option will not be shipped to PO Boxes.
The morning of February 5th, 2011, we will have people answering the phones to assist. Please understand that if the call volume is high, you will be directed to an internal voice mail. It may take some time to return all the phone calls.
