This 2007 Estate Cabernet Franc exhibits notes of violets, blueberries and mocha. The softness of the wine makes it a perfect red for summer and we think it even benefits from a slight chill. Food Pairing: The inherent characteristics of Cabernet Franc make it a versatile wine for pairing. Just about anything from steak tacos to lasagna would work. The lighter tannins in Cab Franc make it a perfect partner even for hearty fish dishes like soy-marinated tuna.
